cyberbon Terms Of Use

Scope

The Terms of Use for cyberbon cards apply to all cards issued under the "cyberbon" label. The cyberbon card can be used for payment at the corresponding points of acceptance. If a cyberbon card is not used for 2 years, the credit balance expires.

Cash payment is excluded, as well as an exchange for merchandise vouchers. In case of loss or theft, the cyberbon card will not be replaced.

The maximum amount of a cyberbon card is CHF 100, which is also the maximum amount that can be spent per day. Per person, cyberbon cards can be obtained up to a maximum total amount of CHF 3,000 per year. The issuer of the cyberbon card is obligated to comply with these provisions and to ensure that the recipient of the cyberbon card is made aware of these terms of use.

Resale of cyberbon cards is prohibited; in particular, no discount may be granted on the activated card. The cyberbon cards are impersonal and therefore freely transferable.

Applicable law

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the full exclusion of the conflict of laws provisions and the provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11.04.1980).
